About the event
We are pleased to share with you that the 8th grade class has been given the opportunity to participate in a community service learning field trip to represent our school. Students will be attending a day of service in connection with District 7 commissioner’s office to give back to the elderly. We will be visiting elderly housing located at 10700 SW 109 Ct, Miami, Fl where they will work to prepare, pack and sort over 900 meals for those in our community. The students will also be delivering meals directly to the individuals who live at the location we are visiting. We are excited to have students do hands-on work and spread some love while also interacting and giving support to individuals who need it most. Our goal is to allow the students to experience the joy of giving back and see their impact on others.
